Sinclair Park is pleased to be able to offer a variety of social packages, designed to fit the needs of your party! Our facility holds up to a maximum of 500 people, and the spaces available vary depending on the package being requested. We are able to offer the following packages for your consideration:

500 People:   Rate: $3,300.00 + GST = $3,465.00.     Deposit: $300.00.

Includes:

1. 6 bartenders, including 1 supervisor.

2. 1,500 bar cups – split between 9oz liquor and 16oz beer/doubles.

3. 54 – 2 litres of pop. We will assign based on what liquor is purchased.

4. Use of whole building; MPR for food, Commons for prizes and tickets sales, Board room for private locked space and the Gym for the event.

5. 2 security guards from a licenced firm.

400 People:   Rate: $2,730.00 + GST = $2,870.00.    Deposit: $300.00.

Includes:

1. 5 bartenders, including 1 supervisor.

2. 1,200 bar cups – split between 9oz liquor and 16oz beer/doubles.

3. 44 – 2 litres of pop. We will assign based on what liquor is purchased.

4. Use of whole building; MPR for food, Commons for prizes and tickets sales, Board room for private locked space and the Gym for the event.

5. 2 security guards from a licenced firm.

300 People:   Rate: $2,160.00 + GST = $2,2270.00.     Deposit: $300.00.

Includes:

1. 4 bartenders, including 1 supervisor.

2. 900 bar cups – split between 9oz liquor and 16oz beer/doubles.

3. 33 – 2 litres of pop. We will assign based on what liquor is purchased.

4. Use of Commons for prizes and tickets sales, Board room for private locked space and the Gym for the event. Food tables are also in the gym.

5. 2 security guards from a licenced firm.

250 People:   Rate: $2,000.00+ GST = $2,100.00.     Deposit: $300.00.

Includes:

1. 4 bartenders, including 1 supervisor.

2. 750 bar cups – split between 9oz liquor and 16oz beer/doubles.

3. 27 – 2 litres of pop. We will assign based on what liquor is purchased.

4. Use of Commons for prizes and tickets sales, Board room for private locked space and the Gym for the event. Food tables are also in the gym.

5. 2 security guards from a licenced firm.

Please Note: While the 500 person package has some flexibility regarding your total number of guests over the course of the evening, the smaller packages are all finite. For example, with a 500 person package you could have 550 or 575 guests over the course of the event as long as there are no more than 500 guests at one time, but a 400 person package could only have 400 guests total over the entire event.

For those looking to host Halloween or other themed socials involving costumes and/or masks, please be aware that there is an additional charge of $150.00 for these socials. This is due to the fact that we need to provide an additional security guard for all packages, due to the extra issues associated with identifying people while they are wearing costumes and/or masks.

Rental Availability Calendar Guidelines

 

1) This calendar does not update automatically, and is manually updated daily on weekdays, while weekend bookings are updated on Monday afternoons. 

 

2) If you are interested in renting the hall, you may call us at 204-586-8275 or email us using the contact form. 

 

3) Please be aware that dates are not considered held until you have received confirmation from the Sinclair Park staff. This applies to both emails and voicemail messages. Once a hold is confirmed, you must contact Sinclair Park within one week to pay your deposit for the hall. If the deposit is not paid within the week, the date will become available to all again.

 

4) Please note that all dates are held on a first come, first served basis. This means that, should we receive multiple requests for the same date, the first inquiry will be given precedence. Please remember that dates are not held without confirmation from a staff member.
