Annual General Meeting

Hello to all Sinclair Park catchment residents!

 

It is, once again, time for our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our AGM will be held at Sinclair Park Community Center (490 Sinclair St, or the corner of Arlington and Church) on Monday, June 10th at 7:00 PM. 

 

Only persons residing in the catchment basin for Sinclair Park will be eligible to come and vote at the AGM. Our catchment boundaries are as follows:

 

NORTH - Carruthers Avenue between McPhillips Street and McGregor Street.

 

SOUTH - The lane South of Aberdeen Avenue between McPhillips Street and Arlington Street, and then the CPR Tracks between Arlington Street and Salter Street.

 

WEST - McPhillips Street between Carruthers Avenue and the lane South of Aberdeen Avenue, and the Arlington Street between the lane South of Aberdeen Avenue and the CPR Tracks.

 

EAST - McGregor Street between Carruthers Avenue and Mountain Avenue, and then McKenzie Street between Mountain Avenue and Redwood Avenue, and then Salter Street between Redwood Avenue and the CPR Tracks.

 

 

 

We will be holding elections for the Board of Directors. The following positions will be up for election at the AGM:

 

Four (4) At Large Directors - One Year Terms

Sports Director - Two Year Term

Treasurer (Executive) - Two Year Term

2nd Vice President (Executive) - Two Year Term
